Delicius Anchovies Smorrebrod

Ingredients

-Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Spicy Sauce;
-Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil;
-Delicius Rolled Anchovy Fillets with Pantelleria Capers in Olive Oil ;
-Sandwich bread, 4 slices + 1 for the green sauce;
-Parsley 10 g;
-Ricotta cheese, 100 g;
-Beans, 100 g;
-Chilly pepper powder;
-Cumin, q.b.;
-Lemon juice;
-Vinegar;
-peanuts;
-boiled egg, 1;
-Extravirgin olive oil;

PREPARAtion

-Mix the parsley, two Delicius Rolled Anchovy Fillets with Pantelleria Capers in Olive Oil, the sandwich bread soaked in vinegar, add salt, pepper and oil.
-Mix the beans, the cumin, the sauce of the Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Spicy Sauce, the juice of half lemon and some chili pepper powder.
-Mix with some water to obtain a creamy sauce.
-Mix the ricotta cheese with the oil of the Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, the lemon zest and the peanuts.
-Cut the hard boiled egg in 4 parts.
-Toast the bread slices in the oven
-Spread the green sauce on the bread, add the eggs and the Delicius Rolled Anchovy Fillets with Pantelleria Capers in Olive Oil.
-Spread the beans hummus on the bread, add the chili pepper powder, some oil and put the Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Spicy Sauce on top.
-Spread the ricotta cheese on the bread, add the Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil on top and complete with some lemon zest.
-Serve with cold beer
