Spaghetti with burrata cheese and Delicius Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea

INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti, 500 g;
Breadcrumbs;
Parsley;
Dried tomatoes, 4;
Garlic, 1 clove;
Dried chili pepper;
Burrata cheese, 200 g;
Delicius Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea, 90 g;

Preparation

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water and in the meantime make the oil, garlic, chopped dried tomatoes and dried chili pepper sautée in a pan.
  • Drain the spaghetti in the pan to complete their cooking and add some cooking water if the mix gets too dry.
  • Add the parsley and the breadcrumbs at last.
  • Serve the spaghetti and then add the burrata cheese and Delicius anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea on top.
