Delicius Summer pasta
Ingredients for 2 people
Preparation time: 10 minutes + maceration time

INGREDIENTS
Pasta, 200g;
Small tomatoes, 12;
Extra virgin olive oil;
Salt;
Garlic, 2 cloves;
Basil, 6 leaves;
Mint, 2 leaves;
Small mozzarella cheese, 60g;
Delicius Grilled Mackerel in olive oil, 75g;
Grana Padano cheese, 30g of thin slices;
PREPARATION
Cut the tomatoes in half and cook them for 20 seconds in a hot pan with some oil, put them in a large bowl, add the salt, the basil, the mint, the mashed Delicius Grilled mackerel in olive oil. Let it rest for some time. Cook the pasta “al dente”, then let it rest and cool in a large bowl, adding some oil. Add the small mozzarella cheese, then mix it with the sauce. Serve with the Grana padano cheese on top and decorate with basil, mint and some olive oil
