Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 90 ml water
- Half a packet of instant yeast
- 3 g salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
For the topping:
- Tomato pulp, to taste
- 1 baby zucchini
- 4 Delicius Anchovy Fillets for Pizza in Spicy Oil.
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, water, yeast, oil, salt, and sugar. Start mixing with a fork, then knead by hand until you get a smooth dough ball. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 1 cm thick. Use a round cutter to cut out your mini pizzas.
- Brush the surface of each mini pizza with tomato pulp, salt, and oil. Place them in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for about 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice the zucchini.
- Remove the mini pizzas from the air fryer and top each with a slice of zucchini and a few anchovy fillets with their spicy oil as a finishing touch.
