Tips:
– You can substitute mint with dill and add a teaspoon of mustard to the yogurt.
– Feel free to use your favorite vegetables for the fritters.
Instructions:
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
- In a bowl, prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and form the fritters using a spoon.
- Cook until golden on both sides.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients, including finely chopped mint.
- Assemble by creating a stack of fritters, alternating each layer with the mint yogurt sauce. Top with sardines.
