Ingredients for 4 people

INGREDIENTS
- Delicius Anchovy fillets in olive oil, 1 jar;
- Mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, chicory hearts), 600 g;
- Flour, 150 g;
- Sparkling water, 2,5 dl;
- Salt;
- Peanut oil needed to fry.
For the sauce:
- Leek, 1;
- Milk, 4 spoons;
- Delicius Anchovies, a couple;
- Extra virgin olive oil.
PREPARATION
- For the sauce: chop the leek and make it sauté in a pan with milk and 1/2 glass of water, then when it is soft and has absorbed most of the liquid, add the Delicius anchovies according to preference and 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil, until you have obtained a sauce;
- Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces.
- Heat the peanut oil.
- In a bowl mix the flour with the sparkling water and 2 pinches of salt.
- Immerse the vegetables in the batter and then bring them to the boiling oil. Drain them when crunchy.
- Serve them with a side of the Delicius Anchovy sauce.
