- Delicius Anchovy fillets in olive oil, 230g;
- Delicius Anchovies preserving olive oil, 1 jar;
- Garlic, 2 cloves;
- White wine vinegar;
- Chives, a few strands;
- Chicory, 1 bunch.
preparaTION
- Separate the chicory hearts, cut off the tougher base and soak them in ice water for 30 minutes.
- Finely chop the garlic with the anchovies and chives, dilute the sauce with 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar and the Delicius anchovies preserving olive oil.
- Drain the chicory and serve with the dressing straight from the jar.
