INGREDIENTS
- Flatbread,1;
- Spicy Grilled Mackerel Fillets, 85 g;
- Haas Avocado, ½;
- Salad;
- Feta cheese, 40 g;
- Dried oregano;
- Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp;
- Melon, 1 slice;
- Lemon, 1;
- Olive oil;
- Salt;
- Pepper.
PREPARATION
- Clean the melon from its seeds and cut a slice, blend the pulp.
- Mix the melon pulp with the mayonnaise, then add salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a smooth sauce.
- Scoop out the pulp of half of an avocado and dice it.
- Season with oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oregano.
- Add the feta cheese to the avocado and mix well again.
- Lightly heat the flatbread in a frying pan.
- Spread the melon mayonnaise on the base, then add a few salad leaves and the feta and avocado salad.
- Finally, lay the Spicy Grilled Mackerel Fillets and close the flatbread and serve.
