SUMMER FLATBREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • Flatbread,1;
  • Spicy Grilled Mackerel Fillets, 85 g;
  • Haas Avocado, ½;
  • Salad;
  • Feta cheese, 40 g;
  • Dried oregano;
  • Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp;
  • Melon, 1 slice;
  • Lemon, 1;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper.

PREPARATION

  • Clean the melon from its seeds and cut a slice, blend the pulp.
  • Mix the melon pulp with the mayonnaise, then add salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a smooth sauce.
  • Scoop out the pulp of half of an avocado and dice it.
  • Season with oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oregano.
  • Add the feta cheese to the avocado and mix well again.
  • Lightly heat the flatbread in a frying pan.
  • Spread the melon mayonnaise on the base, then add a few salad leaves and the feta and avocado salad.
  • Finally, lay the Spicy Grilled Mackerel Fillets and close the flatbread and serve.
