Air Fryer Mini Pizzas

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 90 ml water
  • Half a packet of instant yeast
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

For the topping:

  • Tomato pulp, to taste
  • 1 baby zucchini
  • 4 Delicius Anchovy Fillets for Pizza in Spicy Oil. 
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, water, yeast, oil, salt, and sugar. Start mixing with a fork, then knead by hand until you get a smooth dough ball. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 1 cm thick. Use a round cutter to cut out your mini pizzas.
  2. Brush the surface of each mini pizza with tomato pulp, salt, and oil. Place them in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, thinly slice the zucchini.
  4. Remove the mini pizzas from the air fryer and top each with a slice of zucchini and a few anchovy fillets with their spicy oil as a finishing touch.
